I think mine was right....Jean joined first...she's the first laddie....Polaris joined...briefly right before Storm...then came Kitty, Rogue, Jubilee, X Stacy..who only was around for like 6 to 8 issues...then lastly Husk..who is Cannonball's little sis.
that's mostly right, though i'm still unsure about jubilee v. rogue, and the argument between husk and stacy is difficult. stacy was introduced long after husk, who defended the x-men and mutants in general by challenging the gamesmaster to a wager. she joined gen x, which is loosely x-affiliated, thereafter, and stacy was introduced into the x-men's life sometime after, though not truly meshing into the team during her short time there. then, after gen x finished and some time in kentucky, paige joined the x-men. so husk has a much longer history with the team, aiding and being associated with, but stacy was an 'x-woman' first, if you can call her that.

jimaine and stefan szardos are his adoptive siblings. rogue's his informally adoptive sister, as well.
half-siblings are kiwi black and abyss, on his father's side, among countless, unnamed others. his mother, mystique, also had graydon creed with sabretooth, making 'tribune' his half-brother as well.

which time?
first his legs were crushed by lucifer. he was later healed and transferred into a younger body, but soon his spine was broken in a battle with the shadow king. he's later 'healed' by xorn, but the pseudo-magneto turns off the micro-sentinels that had been holding xavier's spine together, and he again becomes a paraplegic.
magneto, polaris, havok, the living monolith, cable, xavier, jean, scott, sunfire, mikhail rasputin, storm and iceman
magneto and polaris represented the opposite polarities of the electromagnetic spectrum. havok and the living monolith were strange choices who harnessed the power of the sun or some crap. jean, cable and scott represented the strength of family and evolution. storm, iceman and sunfire represented control of the elements. professor xavier represented pure power and domination of the mind, and mikhail was pure power and domination of everything else.
edit: whoa, shit. no havok, my fault. i always pair havok and the living monolith. i think bishop was the 12th. no idea what he represented that couldn't be rep'd by mikhail.
all of the marauders? ehhh... blockbuster, vertigo, scalphunter, sabretooth, harpoon, prism... arclight... riptide. polaris/malice. that other guy...
they were sinister's group, assembled to eradicate the morlocks, as he saw his own scientific darwinism being enacted by an unknown other, revealed later as the dark beast. gambit, however, did the actual footwork and leading.
