I would have to say Mufasa. I couldn't believe he died, I was just like why!!!!??

The Champ in "The Champ"

I've probably said that before though.

Draco from Dragonheart

There is a movie on lifetime that is called "When Andrew came home" and I have to admit that is a real tear jerker as well as the movie "Marley and me"

the death of Léon in "Léon"
that really made me sad

I agree with Last Of The Mochicans...when the younger sister chooses to jump off the cliff rather than live a life of slavery.

Every time I watch that film, I always hope she doesn't step over the edge.

And Peter Jackson's King Kong. The look on Kong's face when the planes shoot him in the back...the confusion & sadness in his eyes as life drains out of him...

that movie with haley joel osment when he was younger he plays a kid that gets stabbed by some bullies and dies
haven't watched that movie since only remember that part and my strong reaction as a kid myself

Last of the Mohicans had a sad death.

William Wallace in Braveheart (only movie I ever cried in)
Tristan Ludlow in "Legend of the Falls"
the antagonist from "Old Boy"

honorable mention from non-movie, Raoh from Hokuto No Ken

Marley and Me was a tear jerker for me.
