What does the cookie have to do with smiddy?! Neo had not even discovered his abilities yet, let alone freed Smith from the system. I have seen a clip (and I will tell nothing about it other than this one fact - because I know people may not want to hear everything about it) where one of the characters in Revo is explaining to Neo what smith is. She roughly says that Smith now exists because of Neo. He is the result of the unbalanced equation that created Neo trying to balance itself out...
This goes back to my last post in this thread...but the cookie? Well it was before Smith and the door. If anything it would've caused him to save Morpheus, but that would have to effect him outside of the matrix. So I think it was just a cookie

I read the interview, they just said "it's hard to explain" and moved on. However, I do think it will be interested to see! 🙂 **Notice, I used will - asserting that it will be released. That, beyond a doubt, that we will see it!!**
I say will because there are already strong tremors about the box set release! Supposedly they are supposed to release deleted scenes...we shall see. That would be nice, and could answer a lot of questions..
