Sexual orientation of a celeb is no one's business but their own and does not reflect on their abilities whatsoever nor should it.That being said, Britney and Orlando are no talent hacks who should be judged more by their incredible ability to make it in the entertainment world without a shred of talent than by any rumours of their orientation.
And not that I think she is a lesbian, but getting pregnant does not mean that one is not a lesbian.
Did you try and make it in the Entertainment world and get turned down? I sense a hint of bitterness here........................

Nope, just amazed (and saddened) to live in a culture where talent takes a backseat to image.
I wouldn't let it trouble you. I'm sure that culture isn't that way inclined, maybe other people can simply see talent where you cannot. Therefore, talent is NOT taking a backseat to image.
There now, nothing for you to feel sad about!
No, I've never wondered about that at all to be honest. Have you ever tried to sing whilst performing her dance moves? I have, and it comes out as a breathless squeak. I think you'll find that most singers that do dance moves, lip sync during live performances. That would be due to the fact that dancing is a form of exercise and therefore leaves most of us out of breath.
So, she's left with a choice. Sing live, or dance and lip sync. I think if she didn't dance, she'd piss a lot of her fans off.
I haven't tried to sing while performing her dance moves, no, you got me there. Of course, neither has she. I saw her sing on the MTV awards and thought she was very third rate. As for dancing and singing. As much as I can't stand Madonna, she will dance and sing live. Have you ever seen Bruce Springsteen in concert? That man goes like an animal for three hours, yet he sings live.
If you are saying that her fans would rather see her dance than sing than she is not so much a singer as she is an entertainer.
Allow me to put it into words:
I was using my hair brush as a microphone, but when I got into the complex dance maneuvers I had to resort to a headset. That was easy to make as I hooked up one of those devices that holds your retainer in place while you sleep.
I started the first dance move in the bathroom, but I slipped on the mat. I didn't give up; I did what Britney would have done. I mouthed the rest of the words and pulled my shirt really tight in an effort to distract anyone looking into the windows from looking at my singing effort.
After I was done, I flushed the toilet to simulate loud applause.

No, I have not seen Bruce Springsteen in concert, neither would I want to. In any case, I didn't notice that this was the Bruce Springsteen thread.................
And please don't put words into my mouth. I did NOT say her fans would rather her dance than sing, I said her fans would be pissed off if they didn't get to see her dance at all.
I also happen to have the making of one of her concerts at home, and I found it quite interesting and clever how the lip syncing works. It basically comes in to cover for her during particularly strenuous routines, when she's too out of breath to sing properly. So, as a matter of fact, she does sing live, she just has a little backing help during dance routines.
And as for her being a third rate singer, as I have said before, that is YOUR opinion. You really need to chill out and stop taking offence at the fact that someone has a different opinion to you. I'm not Bruce Springsteen's biggest fan, but that doesn't mean I'm going to start slating him, or you for liking him. I would appreciate it if you would extend me the same courtesy and in future, stay out of threads that seem to "sadden" you so.

That was, in short, one of the greatest posts ever.
Britrogue, I actually am not that huge of a Springsteen fan, I was just using him as an example who maintains the same quality of singing (whether you like it or not) while performing high energy concerts. You could Say Bono is the same way as are a myriad of other performers out there.
As for frequenting this thread, I do so out of morbid curiosity, well, that and botankus slays me.
No need to pity me, I live a good life. I also am interested in the way people think and act no matter how ridiculous or unreasonable. I fond that speaking with pop music fans oftens indulges that curiosity.
And that picture you posted looks to be of britney when she was still very young. Don't you find it disturbing how that image contributes ti the sexualizing of young girls?

Not really, she looks over 16 to me. However, if that disturbs you I'll find another one.
