No, He has sole custody! After keeping the boys over her visit, she has been banned from seeing them at all for the moment.

Well, the rumour mill states that Britney has been refused access to her kids through the courts. Maybe a load of crap, but that's all I've heard recently.
I feel sorry for them. Their entire life being stretched out in the papers like this. I've always felt that although celebrities make a choice to be famous, I don't think it's fair that their kids get subjected to the same lack of privacy.

I just feel so sorry for her right now. I am not a fan of her music and never have been, but I've always appreciated what she's been putting out there. Her deterioration has been heart breaking to see and the way she's still being judged is really starting to piss me off. People have absolutely no shame and to think that they could see a person in the state she's in and just laugh it off is awful. How much does it take to make people care?

I hope she comes back better than ever, I'm certainly rooting for her.

Saw something on the news about her, but all it showed was Britters getting out of a car and yelling something at the Paps. But the shot was from high above. So does that mean the Paps are stalking with bloody helicopters now?

I agree 100% - people need to start supporting her, instead of pointing the finger and laughing.
