EPIII theory

Why Mace, it could well be Plo Koon or someone else.
Don't know if it makes a difference. But Mace, I don't think that.

Plo Koon? Na, too obvious.

I dont think it will be Mace, GL has been criticized for "racism" before and I dont think he let the Afro American be a baddie.
Maybe a bit naive from my part.

No. Good point really.

well, there isn't a white human on the council, Gallia and Windu are black... so IF there is a spy, GL would be a rasicst again

Racism is the language of relativism; it is impossible for GL to be racist towards whites because that is the default via which his racism would be judged by.

Hardly as if we can accuse of of under-representation of whites, anyway.

All the heroes are white. I guess the PT needs one black hero as well. Mace as the Lando of the PT. 😄

Lucas isn't racist... he simply see's the world through a white man's perspective. (deal with it, everyone has a racial perspective) That's how things are.

We are? *SHOCKED*

But she's right, we look at things from our own perpective, from the way the world looks like in our daily lives.

But will there be a traiter in the council? and who???
I don't think it's yoda, mace or mundi, they're too big. More yaddle or Even something; the ones you don't know...

If Lucas chooses not to make a black actor a bad guy because of his colour than that is rascist. If he did that then he'd be saying "you can't be a bad guy because your black and people won't like it". That sucks.

But I think if their is a traitor then it has to be Mace. He was the only Jedi Council member developed in TPM besides Yoda and we know it's not him.

why not yoda?
It would be a big surprise, and than he trains Luke as an act of redemption (or how do you call it? remorse?)

Because Yoda has to be the greatest Jedi there is. Anakin turns, Obi-Wan fails, the rest die. So Yoda has to be the one true good guy in the prequels.

And it's pretty obvious in the OT that this is the case. Obi-Wan blames himself but you never hear anything like that from Yoda.

Yoda isn't a traitor.

Maybe by being a spy, he survived?
I mean there are 2 main characters of the JC, BUT one is Yoda, and the other is the head of the JC... perhaps another who has more screenplay in EpII?

Now yerssot, you don't actually seriosuly think Yoda is a bad guy at all, and we all know it...

not really, but it would be a major shock!

Yoda's no spy.

yerrsot, what are you smokin over there? 😮‍💨 😮‍💨 😮‍💨

If OB1 was a Sith, that'd be a shock too. But that won't happen either.

Yoda's not a baddie, otherwise he wouldn't battle Dooku to save OB1 and Anakin.

why would ob1 be a sith, how did he turn back to the good side, the traitor in the jc might not be connected with sidious, wouldn't Yoda sense this traitor, secondly why would sidious run the risk of exposing himself to the jc, i suspect the traitor is linked with dooku or the nemoidians and the jedi thinks that when the jc falls he will rise to power.

remember that Sidious lives on Coruscant, the SAME planet as where the JC is
