Could the Matrix really happen?

I thought about this for a moment and then thought, 'sure, why not?' I mean look all around you, where did it all come from? All these computers and trees and stuff. If our universe as we know exists, which it does, then the whole Matrix thing may just be real. Maybe it already happened.

Nah, If it were real an Agent would have killed the Wachowski brothers by now for stumbling onto the truth.

Or maybe the Wachowski Brothers are themselves programs in the Matrix. In the Matrix they are movie directors. Their aim is to promote the idea of the Matrix to people still plugged in. Once the idea is planted maybe the plugged can make the jump to the "real world."

LOL. Because in the Matrix they would have to look believable. Only an Anime obsessed uber-geek could have come up with the Matrix concept.

Maybe McFarlane can bring them to life, open Hawaiian shirt, back-to-front cap and Akira T uniform.
