jedihdm, if thats the case then how come the oracle said we will see neo again? was she indicating that there will be another "one" or was she implying that he is alive in one form or another. kinda confused by her comment at the end of the movie as to wheither she was talking about neo or another "one". maybe its just a plot hole and i'm looking too deep.

Neo's body is probably dead but is RSI is not and we will probably see it again, however when Neo joined with the source another version of teh matrix was created, of which has a systemic anomaly inherent to the program the eventuality of which is the intergral anomaly A.K.A. The One.

It is inevitable.

Everyone has a choice now, so there are no more anomalies.

Yes but choice is the systemic anamoly, the integral anomaly as a result is inevitable.

Bit late i know, but its taken me ages to read through those 16 pages! (soooo worth it, and by the way, Jedi, I’m bowing down to you, my god, your a friggin genius!)

My questions are not half as interesting but here goes,

1. How does Trinity in M1 affect Neo’s existence inside the matrix after Smith kills him, she’s not connected to him other than love, but that’s not through any code, so is that a more fantasy ‘higher being’ route that the story takes???

2. Who, and what is the Merovingian. Really and truly!

Persephone makes reference to him being ‘like’ Neo at one point, she speaks about love, how she no longer has it with Merv, and tells Trinity, it doesn’t last.
After much discussion one conclusion came from it, the Merovingian was a previous anomaly reinserted into the matrix taking his love Persephone with him, (linking to her name, she is brought to hell by Hades, the matrix is her hell, maybe she was brought by force, i’m slipping off the point......)???

But that goes against what has been concluded here that Neo is the only anomaly, the only form that the anomaly has taken, and so its just various versions of Neo. (Personally not quite sure of that)

He’s a trafficker of information, he is a program right, why isn’t he deleted, what is his real purpose (to traffic information??).

I know he refers to Neo’s predecessors, but that doesn’t rule him out as an anomaly at one stage?

Why is he allowed to collect agents, old agents that have become obsolete, how come he gets them, how does he have any power or authority over them?
Could Seraph possibly be an obsolete agent?

Or is the Merovingian just a badass French dude with a slutty wife????

yeh what up, new guy alert. So I'm trying to find some answers about the architect's comments in reloaded...anyone give me some chronological information on where to check on the forum.

cheers

let me just say you got some reading to do...

Sati's purpose is the Sun. Why don't you people understand that. Sati created the Sun in the matrix, she said she made it for Neo. Didn't anyone notice that this was the first time you see the Sun in the MAtrix movies...

It is not easy just discuss the ending of the movie, without knowing the full theme of the movies. The movies have different layers of meaning. Both at an individual level and at the cosmic level. We are always plugged and unplugged between the matirx world and real world. Real world is the world of consciousness and the matrix world is the world of awareness. when we are awake we are plugged to the world of awareness and when we sleep we are unplugged to the real world.

what does this mean?. to plug to matrix world we need a body and mind sense complex.....this is what happens when we are awake and we operate with a body, mind sense complex.

When we sleep, our body and senses are there but there is no awareness of it. this means we are unplugged from the mind and body. we go to our consciousness state. One has to understand these two terms awareness and consciousness , which even scientist are unable to clearly define. I read these mind biggling concepts with very simple example in the book "journey to the source:decoding matrix trilogy.

Now at the cosmic level, these two states of awareness (creation) and dissolution occurs (consciousness state). This is why Neo, smith and oracle tell that "This is going to end tonight".

Ancient mythological stories talk about midnight destruction of creation and creation of new. Sun is always a symbol of creation….in fact every solar system has sun in the center, a star…..

read the book journey to the source decoding matrix triology for complete explaination of the matrix movies

DS25> first, thank you for the complement, but really, not a genius.
1) Trinity affects neo's existence because she admits to him being the One. Because of her role in the ones life, she must admit he is the one, as well as Neo admitting that he is the one, for him to become the one. This never happened before because the one never fell in love before. neo subconciously heard her acceptance, and somehow this brought him back. i don't exactly understand it, but that makes sense to me.
2) It is my humble belief that the Merovingian is a program from the original matrix, a superbeing, perhaps an original agent. however, after what i like to call the fall, aka the loss of the perfect matrix into the degenerate one, he became kinda like, Hades. his wife is persephone, he rules the exiles, but he is not as he used to be. This would also explain Seraph, who glows a gold, who, i believe, was an angel in the original matrix, but was left as a fallen angel after the fall. as for the trafficking of information, if he is to control a world that is virtual, then 'information', ie coding, is the way to do it.

Superfly4000> NO NO No...Sati's purpose is NOT the sun. did you listen to RamaKandra? SHE WAS BORN WITHOUT PURPOSE. thus, she can do anything, like, make a sunrise for Neo. it is not her sole purpose, but because she is a program without purpose, she can do it. do a search, i have explained it better elsewhere.

when one knows the reality of this universe...it looks like the creation started without any purpose. But it is created, destroyed and then recreated. This is one of the theme that is told in matrix. Sati is the exmaple of that. That is why she creates sun in the ending. Sun represents new creation. This is the answer of oracle that peace can last as long as it can. With creation of universe....all confusion and quest begins. when like Neo when mankind finds the answer the creation is destroyed...but with no purpose (seems so) universe is re-created.

I always thought of Sati's story as the story of a program discovering its purpose. I thought that the point was that all things have a purpose. but the idea of multiple purposes is good as well. The Matrix always brings me confusion yet understanding at the same time...

ok, once again, Sati did not create the sun. the program for the sun was already there. what sati did was rewrote the sunrise to be the most beautiful sunrise ever seen in the Matrix, in honor of Neo. and the universe has a purpose, it is Sati who has no purpose. Sati is a program without parameters, a program born of love, rather than written to do a specific job. She is the 'Last exile' because she is the first-born program. "Everything that has a beginning has an end".

Sati's father is the systems operator manager and her mother is a highly creative interactive program. Sati is a mesh of the two, interpret that as you will.

He says that now but wait until you disagree with him, It's like committing blasphemy itself. 😉

i'll keep that in mind 😉

and JediHDM,
ooooooooh, i get it ✅

Numo> yeah, yeah, yeah...quit your whining...😛

Hey guys, excuse me if this has already been answered, i'm new here. But my question is how does Smith beat Neo so easily in M3 when Neo was more than capable of handling so many Smiths in M2?

They were both equal in power. (Sifer believes Smith was a little late than Neo in recognizing things) However, in Revolutions, Smith cloned The Oracle which made him more powerful than before. He became capable of changing the code to some more extent, etc... He saw through Oracle's eyes that he is the one whol will beat Neo in the end. So he alone fights with Neo in Superbrawl.

If you need a better answer then you should wait for the Jedi's post. 🙂

neo dead

i believe neo is dead, as mentioned everything has a purpose, neos purpose was to end the war, he was agent smiths opposite. some are saying that he becomes a program, but what purpose would he serve if the war was over ? a program without purpose would be returned to the source.

besides, it has more impact for a movie with the big man sacrificing himself, death was the end of his path, and the beginning of new things, of how things were ment to be. he was kinda like a key to get to that stage.
