The pill that he swallows is a "tracer" program for his mind. They track down his input/output signals to the Matrix from the sewers of the real world. Then, somehow he starts to wake up from the Matrix(The Mirror). When he does wake up, the spyder looking like machine reads him as "dead" and flushes him out...
Like I said, that's just my guess...
the blue pill neo took was a part of a tracing program that disrupts his input-outpur signal allowing the operator to pinpoint his exact location anytime he is in the matrix. when neo was being hooked up with all the wires, they were trying to acquire his signal and lock onto it allowing them to "wake" him up. after neo woke up, the sensors (all those wires pooping out of him) read that he was non responsive and/or deffective due to the blue pill he took. the spider like machine then recieves the dat and neo's exact location at the power plant (pods) and continues to discharge him. after being flushed, neo ended up in some sort of a recycling facility where the machines liquefy the dead to feed intraveinousy to the living, but before neo was liquefied, the neb snatched him and that's how he got out... i think...
who hear thinks that animatrix is boring every1 does but its only suposed to fill u in to wats happening some of the stuff is just plain weird in it like the episode with the runner who is bein chased by agents on a race track wot is the point of tis episode cud som1 please clear tis up fr me please
The point of that episode was to point out that not everyone who knows about the matrix (or at the very least that something is not right with the world they're living in) is a hacker, or some sort of computer expert. The sprinter (cant remember his name) came to the realisation that there was something wrong with the world, and proved it, by trying to break a record that it was (thought) physically impossible to break.
Can anybody explain me the whole process of ejecting the body out of the matrix for the first time.
Every human has a specific signal that is generated, and each signal is different, due to the fact that every human is different. This signal is kinda like a hardware address for an Ethernet adapter, it is static and can not be changed. By disrupting this signal, the rebels can pinpoint the source of the disturbance, which is the mind they are trying to free. The Red pill acts as a Ping, disrupting the input/output carrier stream, creating the disturbance. When the Signal is locked on, the rebels in the matrix channel the mind from the Matrix, to the body that is sending out the disturbance signal. It is then like downloading a program onto your computer, the mind is routed to the body, and the person wakes up.

The Animatrix is not boring, at least not to me. I watched it twice on Saturday night, just because i love to see it. But is also gives us more to the story. It is the backstory of the Kid, Trinity, and the whole struggle between Man and Machine.
I am probably going to give you a heartattack with this (you might wanna sit down...good) but i agree with Shape Shifter. 'World Record' shows that not everyone finds out about the Matrix through hacking. It shows that, through extraordinary will power, one is able to break free of the prison forced upon their mind, and leave the Matrix. However, the system did not want to allow the sprinter to leave the Matrix (probably because of the fact that there were MILLIONS of people watching him at that moment) so they forced his mind back into the Matrix. It is not my belief that those agents actually took over the bodies of those people, i think that was a representation of the programs trying to stop his mind from finding its way into his body, Kinda like the 'glowing sentinel' which wasn't really there.
