I need like, the word RevengE in the middle, flames in the background, the 2 guys in the pic facing each other( www.danscottart.com/images/samurai_knight.jpg ), with the word RevengE between them. Anything! I used to use Paint, but then Got PaintShop Pro X. Here are a few programs I recommend:

PhotoShop (Pretty expensive, but I've seen a lot done with it)
PaintShop Pro X (Reasonable price, and very good program too. I did my current sig with it)
The Gimp (Almost as good as PhotoShop. It's free, by the way. I recommend this one the most)

There are a ton more programs that can make good sigs, but my weapon of choice is PSPX.
