There are not that many cops around, but in the cafes and bars and bookstores dotted around, there are lost of guys sitting down with earpieces and wrist mikes- anti-terrorist plain clothes officers.

Burn, if the mission cocks up, then by all means dump the laptop if necessary. But other than that, you need to get the laptop TO the hardline to upload its data into the real world.
