Why Oh WhHy

Started by yerssot9 pages

revelations isn't "original", it's an appendix and written much later

All I know is I believe in both.
And I have my own rules to follow throughout my life.

yerss is right about that when you just look at the original tales about Jesus, the 4 evangelies(sp) you will notice they do not mention hell or anything like that

6 FM, 6, on a concilie (don't know the english name), they deceided not to publish two others just because they needed to keep the size down

ITS ALSO WRITTEN IN THE OLD TESTAMENT.

oh wow i dunno how a 14-15 year old girl convo got into a discussion about heaven and hell but they are both very real they aren't a state of mind hell is the worst place imaginable no it's unimaginable how terrible it is while heaven is the best place ever it is unimaginable in glory and beauty to get to heaven you have to except Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. In the Bible it tells us how Jesus died on the cross to save us from our sins he went through all the pain and agony for us and one day he will come back for all of us who are saved and that time will be soon. so get out your Bible and read It. It's the most important book in the world.

see.....im not the only one

well some ppl believe a bit stronger than others

and BlackAngel the Old Testament doesn't talk of Jesus there for I con't consider it to be a source of knowledge for Christianity

Is that ready knowledge you guys have of the bible? 'Cause mine sucks 😖

well I know a bit, remember it from grade school, but not much

gambit, please, watch what you say, I know quite a lot posters who will laugh at you claiming it's the most important book

and FM is right, the OT is NOT a book about Jesus and therefor it's all quite irrelevant for christianity, but they keep it because christianity was at it's best a sect of the jews and if they didn't kept it, they would have gotten killed

btw, storm, same as fire, but I'm reading in on it these days due to my work

We each need to decide for ourselves how much confidence and importance we will put in the bible when it comes to literal descriptions of people, places, and events. I, for myself, do not place any confidence in its literal descriptions. Actually, do I place any confidence in the bible at all?

I don't it's a fraud. too much has been mseed around with it, for it to be even considered as evidence of christianity
