Yeah it does, but the government here doesn't have enough money to build all those schools!! Hey LTA you get 2 winter breaks? Up here in Oregon we get a 2 week winter break, a spring break, and that's it! Oh actually over in this little town called Pleasant Hill I think they get a whole week off for Thanksgiving...
