walks in and heads for the bench, loads 10 45lb paltes onto the bar and starts pressing. does 200 reps straight

then wakes up and realises it was a dream

*walks in , pulls out a mat and does some very bendy yoga.*

Fine then. *takes off headphones, puts a Metallica CD on, and ties himself to the ceiling by his ankles. Does 200 upside-down situps. Climbs down from ceiling, does 200 one-handed pushups on each hand and then 200 one-handed pull ups on each hand.*

Phew is it just me or is it getting hot in here? *takes off shirt and does 50 bicep curls using the 50 pound weights to cool down*
