Okidokey then!

Under breath
"dammit"
turns and walks away from containment chamber.
*cell*
"Hey Adriane, I need Dallas."

Burn, you head as far as you can (to the door to said chamber) and activate your phone.

Nothing.

"My apologies," says Melitus, "but cell reception is notoriously bad in this area."

Mors frowns. "How did you know I was not the leader?" he asks.

"You named yourself as merely currently leading these people," says Melitus. "Not a term you would use for a permanent position. Especially as, to judge by Jericho, you..."

...sssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh...

"... people are very particular about the position of your leaders. Jericho named himself as a Captain, you have not."

"I was once a Captain," Mors says. "But I lost my crew during one of our missions and decided to give up the title. Our Captain, Dallas, suffered a blow to the head that keeps him from coming with us momentarily."

"Then my logic appears to have been consistent and the situation as I said it was," says Melitus. "My decision is therefore no more advanced."

"We are always in contact with him by cell phone, though. If you want to talk to him you can."

"Alas no," says Melitus, "as I said to your friend just now, such a thing is not possible. However, I should point out that my concern is less with..."

...ssssssssssssshhhhhhhh...

"... the advice your Captain would give you or I. But in that you would be without your Captain, and so presumably your most competent team member, whilst..."

...ssssssssssssshhhhhhhh...

"... rather by definition, Jericho's team will be with theirs. This at least in part erodes your numerical advantage."

And as much as you may thik him mistaken, it is unlikely you can convince Melitus that 'competent' has not been a word you guys have used in connection with Dallas...

Castor looked at the old, sickly man.

"Let me ask this...we do not know Jerichos purpose...but it seems you might. If you will not tell us where he is to ask him ourselves, perhaps you will share it with us? That wont put Jericho in any immediate danger, if any at all. And I'm sure some of my colleagues here would be quite happy if you gave us some small bit of information about a topic that we are not so informed about...."

Azrael studies the box, looking for it's power source, just moving his eyes

"What I was referring to is your specific purposes should the two of you meet. You people seem unsure about exactly what it is you want out of..."

...ssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh...

"... Jericho. Talk to him? Kill him? You do not know. He, on the other hand, would be in no doubt. He will endeavour to eliminate you and this single, unalterable focus will give him strength. As for your..."

...ssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh...

"... offer, any information I gave you about Jericho he would consider it a betrayal, and if the information I give you is in any way useful you will act on it and he will know it..."

...ssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh...

"... cae from me and take revenge accordingly, and if it is not useful it will not satisfy you. No, whatever I chose, I either make an enemy of Jericho, or yourselves."

OOC
Do we know how many people are/were on Jericho's crew?

I am uncertain as to the exact operation of Iron Lungs, Azrael, but it all looks pretty conventional, in as much as such a thing is in any way conventional, which is to say it is not.

To put it this way... it would not look out of place amongst others fifty years before this simulated time.

Yes you do. I named five, Jericho himself, his First Mate Khali, and his crew members Tyr, Medea and Loomis.

However, continuity has been re-written somewhat and Jericho's crew is in fact six (Sinister being the extra member) in response to the very large amnount of players we have!

"We merely wish to see him alive again, to ask him why he faked his death," Mors says. "I am sure none of us have any intent of hurting him, especially as some of them helped us a bit. Medea and Loomis, sound familiar?"

Azrael, satisfied with his inspection of the Iron Lung, looks up at Melitus, and looks as if he is about to say something. He changes his mind, and walks over inconspicuosly to the side of the group, just out of his range of vision(if possible)

OOC
Ta Ush, i would have asked that earlier had i been here.

"Yes indeed," says Melitus, "I know them as well. But I can only re-iterate- Jericho does not wish to be found, and he will kill to protect himself."

It is very easy to leave his line of sight, Azrael (he would notice you have done, of course).

"You say you dont want to betray one party, but what if you betrayed both? Perhaps you could help us arrange a meeting wiht Jericho, if we gave you somehting in return....something that was not beneficial to us, but perhaps beneficial to you and Jerichos objective....A compromise. We cannot be sure of our goals regarding Jericho, until of course we can identify him as a threat or nonthreat to what we wish to accomplish..."
