Re: A slightly earlier Select pic
This select is quite clever as it uses it's own image to hide the important details.
If you look at the central rectangle you will see it is actually a smaller version of the main picture. It has been reduced and strategically placed to cover the bigger image of the ship in order to hide details of the vessel.
My initial thoughts were that this was the Nubian from Episode-I but then I realised that it had one engine too many, the Nubian had two wing mounted sublight engines whilst this has a third central engine.
Maybe it iis an enhanced version of the Nubian, maybe the next itineration of the Nubian design???
I think the cloud like areas are supposed to reprtesent Hyperspace, that's where you can see that central image is a smaller version of the main one.
Not much enhancement can be done, which is a major shame. Oh well, nice picture, good tea. Come back next week.....
Re: A slightly earlier Select pic
However, it is a little hard to tell how big it is. If you imagine its the size of a fighter then it would seem a more elegant stealthy ship. It doesn't look particularly evil so I wouldn't say it is a Sith ship.
TFN also said how it looks strange having the large spine thing at the bottom as it would not be able to land, so when you turn the pic upside down it makes more sense. I'm not quite sure what to make of it yet.
Re: A slightly earlier Select pic
I was just gonna say that I can't remember a shot of on Tatooine where both suns weren't right next to each other.
Back to my big book of the universe (AKA The New Atlas of the Universe by Patrick Moore), they call that a Binary Star System. Both stars revolve around themselves witha common center of gravity and any planets/saterlites rotate around the pair.
Just thought I'd mention it. 😎
