After a few minutes, Reality closed her eyes and cleared her mind. She began to only focus on her breath. Breathing in and out. After a few seconds, she opened them back up and began to walk again. Holding her head straight. As if never ever happened. No disappointment or attraction.
Where am we going? She asked herself and she came to an intersection of the halls. The looked down at her feet and turned to the left. she opened the door to the restroom.
It reaked of smoke. Usual highschool bathroom smell. She walked in then stood in front of of the mirrors, standing there before her hands fell to the rim of the sink. Her hair fell over her face as her head dropped. Somehow her hair tie had fallen out.
She began to say some things under her breath. Mumbling just enough so no one could understand her. When she looked up, something in her attitude and sinister grin hinted at something else. Her eyes had also grown to an ash blue.
She let out a huff of laughter through her nose then blew a gust out of her mouth to clear a few strands of her hair from her face. She stood up straight, then walked out of the bathroom. In a way as if she was a completely different person. She stood in the doorway, looking up and down the hall, then stepped out.
Her step echoed down the hall.
She turned then began walking down the hall she had just turned away from. She saw Alex and Krysta. She smiled in a teasing way at them then walked pass. Back to gather her things from the class she had last left from.

Jem went to her loker and through her books inside. She headed towards theater, stopping at the pop machine to buy a Dr. Pepper. She got to class and took a seat near the front. Theater was one of her favorite classes and she was actually excited about starting. The teacher walked in and began taking attendance. Jem looked around, hoping someone she knew would be in the class.
((Haha. You two do know Reality's in a whole nother dimension or being and in a different area right? And Krysta, Reality isn't claiming Alex hers. She's just always that way. Sorry if it's a bit confusing.))
Reality returned to the hall from the class. She made her way to her locker, her arms at her sides, one with books under it. This time, her locker opened with ease. She shoved everythign in then drew her bag from it.
She tossed her bag over her shoulder then walked out the nearest door. Which lead right to the stadium on the side. She squeezed herself through the fence and walked up the steps, to the top of the stands. She stood at the top, her back leaning on the fance the secured people from falling overboard.
She pulled her camera from her bag and began to look around. She snapped a picture of a rather large black bird perched in a tree and three others circling the vultures feeding on a dead carcass across the street. Then she began taking pictures of the trees in the back, that made up the woods where a lot of the burnouts liked to go to get hye.
Nates dad comes into the room nates in and has a calm but mad look on his face.
"Why arent you in school?"
Nate inhaled deeply trying to be brave and said
"I..I need to go to the hospital"
Nates dad looked furious
"No you dont suck it up be a man!"
Nate stiffeled a cr and said softly
"Dad you broke my ribs i can hardly breathe."
Nates dad was yelling now
"Well i wouldnt have if you werent out on a date with that little **** friend of yours instead of cooking my dinner!"
Nat barked back in rage
"Shes not a **** and she is the best thing thats happened to me in years!"
nate saw his dad lift a baseball bat and ran but was to late he was clubbed in his soar ribs his head and his shoulder than his dad simply said
"I do it because i love you son" he walked of and nate layed on the carpet bleeding and crying hardly able to breathe he crawled outside and got in his car but blacked out on the horn having it go off loudly.
Reality packed her stuff back up and decided to take a walk through this town she'd lived in for so long. She past the several drugstores, ignored her apartment complex, waved at co-workers at Barnes & Noble then stopped dead in her tracks.
A rather loud goos noise started to go off. Getting a bad feeling her paced quickened and began to follow the noise. It wasn't too far. It was a car. It was wierd though because it seemed as if nobody was in it. She couldn't see anyone from the back window. Maybe it was just an alarm.
Reality walked around the side of the car, standing up straight but looking through the windows at the same time. She Gasped as she saw a boy from school that she'd occasionally seen around lying on the horn. His face seemed to be twisted in pain although he was passed out.
She jerked the door open then sat him up the that seat to get him off the horn. She studied him then gasped again to the rather hidden wound on his head. She pulled out something from her bag and shoved it under his nose. ((Dunno what she's doing with the amonia sticks in her bag.)) Waiting for him to wake up. She heard a crash or two from inside the house. She looked up and saw a pair of eyes peering through the blinds, she ducked quickly and hoped the boy would wake up soon.
She nods automatically as he speaks. Can't breathe? She asks herself. She throws the amonia into the road then reaches to lift up his shirt. Lungs! She saw the eyes and the crashes and the hint of bruise across his shoulder. She just matched the clues.
She nearly fell back at the sight of the black and blue and hint of green across his chest. "Ohmygod." She whispered to herself, clasping her hand over her mouth as she let his shirt fall.
"We need to get you to the hospital!" She said hurriedly as she began to move him to the passenger seat. "Ohh. Bad idea." She told herself, standing up and began to think. She walked over the the other side of the car and began to lightly pull him to the seat.
Once she got him, she made her way to the other side again. "Hey! What are you doing?!" The peering eyes from the blinds revealed himself. He was waving his fist and walking quite fast.
She ran into the car, pulling the door shut quickly. She turned the keys. Then jerked the car forward a bit. "Damnit. Sorry." She cursed to herself then apologized as she heard him weeze. She pulled the car forward and began to drive, watching as the man chase them down the road. "What is he doing?!" She mumbled seemingly to no one.
Reality untensed once she was sure that the man had stopped chasing them. She sat back and stopped at a red light. She looked over at the boy. "You're Nate right?" She asked. Before she let him answer she leaned over him to drop his seat down. So he could breathe a little better hopefully.
"Was that...who...what just happened?" She asked then stepped lightly to go on green.
