bombadil ruuuuuules the forest.

Oh come on, no-one is perfect and he was a but... out there.

Not to mention utterly removable from the story with very little disruption.

Well, we can carry this on in the LOTR thread, if you want.

I hate this game...

Looking at my list it seems rather centred on English language films. I want to add Das Boot, Yojimbo and Wages of Fear. Can we extend the list to 15… or 20?

As mod I declare... yes! If you want.

On the other hand, let's not get silly here... let's keep to the SPIRIT of the thing...

It doesn't help as I already want to add Airplane!, Thunderball (there has to be one Bond flick in there) and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead which makes 16.

the great thing about favourites is that they often change.

ps boondock saints is a fucking awesome movie new dvd release date dec 18 please rent it if you havent seen it you wont be displeased.............

i know what your thinking backfire and dont you say it ,its not true boondock saints is a great film much better then gates of hell!!!!!!

comparing boondock saints to gates of hell doesnt make it saints look any better, it just makes you look desperate. and if you've seen taxi driver you've seen a better version of boondock saints

backfire your silly attempt to discourage my loyalty towards boondock saints is ridicious . i love it and thats all that matters just cause you like to be a asshole you know you like it when we watched it together you said it was a really good movie so i kmnow the truth fat fuck

fortunately my tastes have matured, the truth is the movie is decent, but nothing new or original that hasnt been done a million times in the past, theres hundreds of movies that are superior in every way shape and form.

Asshole=mature people

ok maybe you have matured but my tastes do not change with the wind, i like something then i will continue to like it , so dont take your mature adittude out on me you blubber butt

are you still here, i posted that last night.

i never really thought the movie was really good, just good enough to watch, but when i tried to watch it the second time i got bored, and this is coming from someone who has seen a few movies about 100 times. and if i cant watch a movie 2 times without getting board then its obvious that the movie isnt very good.

i watched boondock saints more then 20 times in a month i loved the movie . and just cause your being a major (EDITED) right now .doesnt mean you have to try to get me pissed off by making fun of one of my favoritre movies . i love it and leave it at that . and stop bregging that yyou watch movie a lot you havent seen any movie more then a 100 times . tops 40-50

boondock saints ???? never heard of it, must be real boring then.
who is in it?

Ok, we are clearly slipping from debate into a slanging match there. Direct insults to another person will not be tolerated in debate here.
