Ouch!
I'm happy I'm finally in a fight that i have some chance of winning

As for inflicting damage- no Sword Blow does more than Storm of the Tiger or Lightning Fist, does it?

But yes, I did warn the Philo guys that they would be in a 'rescue needed' situation. They would be doing damn well to win on their own power.

Don't forget that you are surrounded by clones who might also have that hateful intent...

So, Sting of the Mantis?

You can take a guess.

Anything like Sting of the Butterfly? Perhaps a new path for future campaigns?

It's from the Path of the Preying Mantis.

Ooo.

Is it a cheap path? That I could posible use??

The Preying Mantis is the path for dual-weapon wielding. It is not as directly effective as Paths like Jade Emperor or Iron Butterfly, but it is a very intelligent Path, with powers that bugger up the ways your opponent likes to fight.

It is also somewhat more complex than other Paths, having several subsections that only work according to what your dual weapons actually are- the Xiao Emo is using the Hookswords version.

the clones are in ajra, for now, fortunately....not that it would make a great deal of a difference. just..err...hurry up, oki? 😄

Ooh, that sounds like a pretty nifty path ✅

Well, you will be glad to know that it will become available at the conclusion of the Assignment!

Interesting...

How about that Silver Prince thing that was mentioned?

Preying Mantis sounds interesting...

Silver Prince is on the way; the 'Complimentary' system will come with the general system revision that will follow at the end of the Campaign.

Complimentary?

That's not what I meant, is it? I meant Opposed, the complete opposite. Paths which cover the same area (for example, Silver Prince is an alternative sword path) but become prohibitively expensive to buy if you try to use both.

Ah, I see...though that would be quite interesting...

More expensive in the meaning of cost to buy?

'tis what I said.

I see...

Would more expensive mean rather than the cost of a power being 1, it would be 2, or somethin along those lines? Just kinda seeing what I could do with Mors if I ever decided to take both...
