USH'S MATRIX GAME- General Discussion

I'm back, and with Linux!

So, now I gotta see what I missed. If my hunch is right, this may take a while...

Nah, just a bunch of amusing antics with trying to steal helicopters.

Which is being a lot more complicated than it should be.

So really, I'd like to know why people thought that splitting up was a bad idea. Especially when they were grenading the roof to blow it open.

And why people didn't move after we both said to.

And etc.

Come on guys, really. Shouldn't have to repeat stuff like that.

True. People should learn to listen and follow orders!

*is the only person who moved on* w00t

Whoa... spectacular failures during this mission...

Not helped by the proportion of players in but not posting. Bad guys do not get lowered because of inactive players.

Much more of a problem is the target fixation issue, and people not paying attention to environment.

And sooo sloooooooooooooooooooow... there has been a lot of talk of speed and moving quickly, but you guys have holed up in the same corridor for four turns, more interested in a kill count than moving, getting in each other's way!

You've given time for the Agents to surround you.

Six and counting...

Yeah sorry about that alot of things going on right now 😛

I've come to the conclusion that everyone in this game (that doesn't/hasn't already) should play DS in SW 😛

And while this is completely random, if you think about it for a second it makes sense. Or maybe it just does to me. I dunno. But still.

I have a better conclusion..
Hows about everyone gets their ass together so we all don't die.

That would work too.

But compare the similarities of this mad dash and our escape from Newhaven 😛

And since people seem to be not paying attention or are simply confused by the layout of the monastery, I made a quick map of what we've seen of the inside of it so far, based on the descriptions. May not be 100% accurate and yes it is a mess, but it should serve its purpose. I'll update it as we get further.

Oh, damn. So that means I can go straight through the door into the balcony room in my turn eight, instead of going North to begin with?

Well, that map is simply my assumption, as I said it may not be 100% accurate, but as there's doors west at both ends I don't see any reason why not...

I just did that thing in about 10 minutes, and I don't have the steps on there as I don't know if they're to the north or south, but the balcony overlooks them and is a large room.

I'd wait for ush to give his opinion about it's accuracy before I make moves depending on it trick.

The Monastery map is not literally accurate but it is pretty much bang on as a guide. Howevber, the North-western door in the N/S corridor does not connect to the balcony room. The largeness of the balcony room is because it extends southwards to overlook the rock garden.

You are also not sure about the northern corridor between the four door room and the N/S corridor because no-one has been in it.

Okie, edited it a bit with those things in mind.

Seven Agents and counting. Any sign of Daniels or any Agents from the movies? 😛

Nah, nothing continuous like that.

I've slowed down updates to one a day or two days because too many people were being left behind. Would you prefer I moved on at a faster speed and left people to their own devices?
