The Best Horror film in the last 10 years

I give my vote to House of a Thousand Corpses. then in second place I give the title to either freddy vs jason or house on haunted hill

but deffintly house of a thousand corpses is my favorite by far

Jeepers Creepers

boo..............

28 Days Later...........easily.

Jeepers Creepers (where'd you get those peepers) was supposed to be a horror movie?

Without question...

"The Others".

😮‍💨

28 Days Later for anyone who know's anything about horror movies.

I disagree, Backfire. "28 Days Later" really disappointed me. The first half was outstanding, of course. I was completely pulled into it, and enthralled. The plot was unique, and the story was truly suspenseful and mysterious.

But as soon as they got to the military base, the whole film degenerated, in my opinion. It became ridiculously formulaic, laughably predictable, and unnecessarily gory. The characters who I had cared about suddenly became ruthless and unsympathetic. Example... one of the army guys begs the hero to help him, and the hero just leaves him to be killed? And the little girl driving around in the car, running people over? Come on.

The final sequences of the movie just seemed like a shameless imitation of every other zombie movie ever made. It left a bad taste in my mouth, as I was expecting much more after the amazing and impressive first half.

In my personal opinion Final Destination.

the ring/28 days later

The Sixth Sense and FD 1&2 and 28 days.

i don't know there had been a few that i think are cool

I liked The Ring, Resident Evil, 28 Days Later, and 13 Ghosts.

Thanks Lil B. I haven't seen Deathwatch yet. Do you recommend it?

As for whether I'm a girl, I'm not. But no need for the " 😮 " I don't mind the presumption at all. I guess I should have expected it, considering my name and avatar. In fact, if you read my post and thought that I was female, I take that as a big compliment. Being pegged, based on my writing, as being the more intelligent of the sexes. And hey, I'm in touch with my feminine side.

😄

Sorry for the confusion. It was not intentional. I just loved the film, and the character.

😮‍💨

Without a doubt the crown goes to 28 days later in my opinion.

When he gouges that soldiers eyes near the end is one of the greatest moments in a horror movie i've ever seen.

Its so uplifting, yet so evil and dark.

Its great, 2 thumbs up.

House On HAunted Hill, The Ring, 28 days later, Wrong Turn, Freddy V.S Jason, May, FD2. Scream, Cabin Fever.....
2 many!!!!!!1

The film you are referring to is The Haunting (made in 1999).
