She tried to think of something to say, but nothing would come out right away. "No.. don't go..." She wished she hadn't been so mean.

Karl smiled at her... "I've gotta go anyway... im huingry... want anything?"

She stopped feeling sorry for him when he said this and pushed him, but this time it was playfully, not because she was mad at him. "No." She grinned.

"Ok... if im not back then get your stuff and get them outta here" he frowned seriously.

'Where the hell am I going to go?' She thought to herself, but she just nodded. She didn't have any 'stuff' so it would be easy to pick up and leave, but she felt bad for John since she had a feeling his house was going to get torched.

karlwalked outside and looked across the street. "Oh not again.." he said toh imself as he noticed the car with the rocket auncher in it. He grabbed Ayumi and jumpinto the window of the apartment. "We're in trouble"

She was walking into the kitchen when she heard the window crash. She turned to see Ayumi and Karl. "What is it? Another hunter?"

"Jezebel, maybe we should refrain from leaving the building..."

"Why? What is it?" She repeated.

"A car with a rocket launcher, and then the 15 hunters outside waiting to take us one by one..."

"And if we stay in here we're safe?" She asked confused, that didn't make much sense.

"its seems that Ghost doesnt want to leave.....so if hes not going then im staying with him.."Karen said to Shadow

"Ok...I'm going to go back and thank them for the food and getting Ghost to watch over us then I'll be back..." He had a thought then thought 'SARISSA CAN YOU HEAR ME!?' he was unaware that he was yelling.

Fei had been watchin the building all this time and had seen most of the action. he had seen that the people in the building could handle themselve quite well, but wen he saw that the building was attacked by a mass force. For the first time in his life he felt the erge to fight. His head was was filled with images of his parents death. Without a second fought he jumped from the top of the building, weilding his most trusted friend, a sword that has been by his side since he had found it.
His veins which usually emitted a blue glow had turned an angry fiery red. He had manage to take down one of the hunters, but there was still 14......

"Safer than we would be out there... for now." Karl walked closer to jezebel slowly, ever so slowly. "If youhere a gun shot.. don't get killed."

She felt her breath catch in her throat as he walked up to her so close. Her eyes remained on his, and after what felt like starring at him for five minutes from only inches away she nodded.

'what do i do?' he thought. they had heat sensors, andt turning invisible doesnt mask your heat sgnature... maybe a fireball...

She broke away from his eyes and stepped backwards, almost feeling as if she was in a trance. She walked into the bathroom and pulled her hair into a ponytail, and wrapped a hair tie around it.

Karl watched her walk... it was hard not t notice. Hes hook his head, he liked Ayumi. "What am I going to do about it..." time to kill then...

She walked back out, waiting for the first sign of danger and waiting for the attack. The house suddenly became quiet, eerily quiet.
