It's your muscles tearing, slowly, your body fills the tears with more muscle. Wolvies healing factor would make him do this 100 times more than a normal human....i.e him lifting 1000lbs. Without this, he wouldn't even be peak.
I agree with that, in fact I even said that one of my posts but once again it has nothing to do with his strength. His healing factor heals the tears in his muscles at a tremendous rate, so it is easier for Wolverine to increases his strength and stay in peak shape. Haveing a healing factor doesn't make him stronger, it reduces the strain on his muscel so he could continue to lift that 1000lbs with out tiring. I don't know why you dont understand this...

In a fight, hand to hand combat, Logan takes him out 100% easily. Human can't go against Logan in fight, not close. PRIDE fighter couldn't go against Logan not even close, and they are better fighters and stronger than Batman (Sapp would take Batman out in fair hand to hand combat). More than easy match for Logan. And worst is than Batman can't KO or even hurt Logan by any means in fair fight, actully Batman hands would be in hurt if he woudl hit Logan, and Logan need only one punch to put Batman in hospital.
Now with preps, that is different story.
ok something here is bothering me......why is that if the guys a little above human then Bats cant win? Bats routinly goes against guys that are
1) Stronger
2) Faster
3) Bigger
4) more ruthless
and guess what??? he still wins!!!! id say that bats would kick wolvie ass even with powers except that his healing factor lets him come back for more so in the long run he most definitally wins.....but without powers??? man someone's finally gonna beat the old man down.

yea but isnt this a non power fight? didnt all the wolvie and Bat fights get merged here? and i just realized something....this is your basic ninja vs samuria fight.....and of course NINJA WINS!!!!!!! ok i had my moment.....but serouisly isnt this a merged fight and now the rules are no powers? which to me would mean Bats wins.....and as an example of what i truly think....if logan had his claws and was in perfect condition and did not have metal and no healing factor.....i think that Bats could take him....not easily but i think he could
