With Prep Batman wins, with out prep batman looses. Batman is the superior fighter here, but Wolverine has a Trump Card, his healing ability. Against a Human Wolverine should always win becuz there is nothing a Human can to hurt Wolverine becuz of his damn healing factor. Wolverine's healing factor is the decision maker.

wolverine has wanted to die for along time. he is just as good as batman and knows all the knowledge plus more experience. he was a made a perfect weapon by weapon x. he simply chooses not to. he likes it better to get down and dirty, hoping to finally die and be rid of his pain. of course he can use his skills if he wants to, he just likes brawling. but is he was forced to use his skills, it would be over much faster compared to just regular wolverine.
regular wolverine can win, but it will just take longer.
