azyne it surprises me greatly but i also agree with you on the front that the movies suck compared to the books. say there was this genius writer. she wrote this amazing, inspiring, loveable, outreaching, relating story that was published in tons of different languages and all these kids from all over the world loved it. the only people who could really live the magic were those who read it or had it read to them. then this great big producing company butted in and suddenly there is this film that leaves out huge chunks of the magical experience, rendering it shallow and cheap. then there are terrible merchandise and awful exploitation of a fake image of the books...shit, who the *uck wants that? is what i asked myself but it turned out the hundreds of thousads of little lazy richa$$ brats who were so goddamn lazy they wouldnt frikkin take the time to read the books, did. they sucked it up and are now considered "harry potter experts". well, all the real experts read the books first, saw the movies and saw right thru the thin layer of magic left...to the typical greedy film company behind.
How is that spam?!?! That is absolutely 100% true! Although she could have spared some of the swearing, you really, REALLY need to read the books. And if not, if you stubbornly (and not to mention stupidly) decide to ignore the books and base all decisions on the movies, then you should never, ever claim yourself a HP expert. Not even a fan. ❌ Nope.
Adding a member to my ignore list.. Now, on with the discussion of EMMA.
I hated the way she smacked Harry in the 3rd movie. She didnt change too much from The Chamber of Secrets to P.O.A , but i expected the character to be more happy to see Harry in the 3rd movie at the beginning..it was just like a simple "Harry!"
