"Her father doesn't have to know about it?! Are you crazy?!" He began to raise his voice, but quickly lowered it. "Mr. Connerolli will have u hunted down and hung by your balls." That's when the doctor came by.
"So, um, you knocked her up." (yes, mafia men tend to be blunt 😂 ) Ryan felt a slow anger boil, but tried to control it as best he could. "Is that why you want to marry her? Listen Alex, I like Angie a lot, a whole lot, too much to see her be married to someone who doesn't love her and is just doing it because he didn't wear a condom."

"Ryan!? that not why. I'm asking her to marry me if shes pregant or not! And besdies, she was... raped by Andy. If shes pregant or not... Ill be there."

"Her father wont touch me. I may be qutting the Contract Killer business, but most godfathers know not to mess with Alex..."

Mixed feelings flooded Ryan. He new his friend was sincere about marrying her, but as soon as he heard she was raped by Andy he was speechless. He knew Andy, he thought he was suspicious, but never would expect him to do something like this. "So she could be carrying his child." He said quietly. He felt horrible for Angelina. "Does she know?"

"Or my child... and no she doesnt know. She wont until tomorrow."

He nodded solemnly. "Well, good luck man. If this is what u want, I can't stop you." Alex was somewhat like a brother to him. "Just as long as you're both happy, that's all that matters. Just make sure she knows if she marry's you, she won't ever be able to return home."

"Okay. See ya Ryan."
he fingered the the Ring case in his pocket. The engagement ring inside was worth more than his old Mercedes was, and the Diamond was bigger the his thumbnial. 'I hope she says yes'

"Good luck." Ryan said with a final smile, and then walked away to leave Alex with his thoughts.
Angelina still slept peacefully in the hospital bed.

'What if she si pregnant. And what if it isnt his child.' he ahted the thoguht of raising Andy's child, but at least he would do it with her... maybe.

"Angel wake up. Wake up."

She slowly woke up. She looked up at him. "Is something wrong?" She asked as she was finally able to pull herself up in a sitting position. She wondered why he woke her up instead of letting her sleep. She thought it was maybe because her father was there.

"there's something ive been wanted to ask you. So I'm just going to do it." Alex got down on one knee and pulled out his engangement ring box.
He saw her eyes widden to an impossible size. "Angelina Connerolli, will you marry me?"

Her eyes were fixated on the ring as his question echoed through her head. "I... I um..." She cleared her throat. When she was a little girl she used to think this was going to be an easy moment. She thought it would be an easy 'yes' and they'd kiss, but she couldn't seem to find her voice. Finally she found it. "Yes, Alex, I will." A smile danced upon her lips. "I will." She repeated, practicaly glowing with happiness.

Alex beamed with happiness. "I love youAngel" he moved up to kiss her.

"I love you too." She said before she kissed him back passionately.

"I think you should know though that when were amrreid, we cant go back to your family... ever." Thaylooked into her eyes hoping she would still marry him.

Angelina looked back into his eyes. She knew she would never be able to go back, and it was something she accepted. "I love you Alex, nothing can ever change that."

"I love you so much Angel." he kissed her one last tiem before leaving to get her some hot chocolate. ((heres an encounter with a a nurse, where you find out you may be pregant andlater that you are.))

a nurse walked in hlding a clipboard and the other standard equipment. "And how are we doing today miss..." she looked briefly on the clipboard. "... Connerolli."

Angelina was still glowing brightly. "My boyfriend just asked me to marry him." She let that sentence answer the nurse's question. She showed the nurse the ring on her finger.

"HOLY SHIT! That's huge. Can I have him?" she asked, trying to lighten the mood. "Who's you're boyfriend?"

She laughed gently. "Sorry, but he's taken. His name is Alex." She admired the ring for another moment. She then heard the nurse getting some things ready to preform some tests. "What are those for?"
