What do you use as a bookmark?

I seen this asked somewhere before and thought Id ask our kmc readers.

I think that a nice bookmark adds to the pleasure of reading. I have a real cute puppy and on the string is a hanging bone.

I was wondering what everybody else use as a bookmark? Do some of you simply fold the corner of the page ?

Anyway I had this beautiful blue metal bookmark with an angel on it..... and I lost it!!!!! I was about to read some Wylde stuff and I hadn't 'cause I lost my bookmark 😠 I won't read anything until I find it

i have to agree with you Paola it is a sin! I loaned a hard back copy of vampire lestat to my sister and she did that...I was so steamed!

i use a real bookmark with chinese writings on it.

I use anything within my reach, be it sheet of paper, a movie case, or even another book. anything goes. lol

oh yeah, i also usually just fold the book on the page i have, face down, screwing up my book, but saving me the time of reaching for a bookmark.

I have found my self without my favorite bookmark and will use like a scrap of paper...I used a leaf once.

Lucky you!! I loaned too my Interview with the vampire and my The Vampire Lestat books to "friends" and I haven't seen them ever again!!!!

I want my books back!!!! 😠

I have lots of different ones 😮 I got them from people who bought me books...😄 most of them have cool sayings on them..i love that!! ✅

i don't like to bend the pages. most of the time i use a receipt or a scrap of paper or a pocket calendar. i don't own any fancy bookmarks.

I use those annoying adds that fall out of new magazines

i usually use a pic i draw or a leaflet that i get in the street 😄 i'm not attached to bookmarks 😄 BUT FOLDING THE PAGES????? NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! my friend once folded pages in my BEAUTIFUL, OLD COPY OF 'MASTER AND MARGARET' WITH A RIBBON BOOKMARK INCLUDED THAT IDIOT and when i saw it i tore apart his silmarillion 😈
