What do you use as a bookmark?

I use 5 dollar bills! *laughs*

Things I Use~
1 flip the book over
2 free book mark from the library
3 whatever the heck i pick up
And folding the pages is like a huge no-no!

I often flip the book over. I also use receipts from the library if I have one around.

*talks in rich, snobby voice* Well, I often use 20's, 50's or maybe 100's to use for my bookmark. Now, would you like a drink in the chatuea?

I use bus tickets or tear a small piece of paper lying around.

i'm reading a really battered version of the stand at the moment and pages are continually falling out so i just use those. 😊

I used to have a couple of hundred leather bookmarks from places i'd been, but when my wife left, she took them with her... so now i use a bit of junk mail in my bathroom book (currently The Amber Spyglass) an old receipt in my lorry book (Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy) and a picture of my son in my bedroom book (Mountaineering and leadership...)

I use movie ticket stubs, post-it notes, the inside part of the slip cover thingy on hard backs, basically whatever's lying around... Or nothing at all.

Anything handy at the time. I DO NOT fold page corners over (That just makes me soooo mad!) At the moment I've got supermarket receipts stuck in the 3 or so books I'm reading.

I'll either just flip the book so it's open and facedown, but I'll usually use something like a pen or marker and hope that it doesn't roll out.

I just bought a new bookmark to replace that one. It's metal and the to is shaped like a western revolver (I thought it fitting to use with my Dark Tower books)

i just rip out the pages as i go, so I just turn to page #1 and I'm where I left off 🙂

I am using a Postcard at the moment that says "keep music evil" 😂

I always like to use something complete...as in I can never use a torn bit of paper or something that doesn't have straight edges if it's meant to.. I suppose that's the OCD in me.

My friend told me bookmarks are for wimps..coz he just remembers the page number.. 🙄

I use anything that's within reach almost. Scraps of paper, evenvelopes, other books, notebooks....the list goes on. Though sometimes I do use a real bookmark...And I will NEVER fold the corner, that's terrible!!

I have a book marks in all different books that I leave in a book when I am done then pull out and put in the new book I am reading. I have a few of them because I read so much.
