If saddam goes to a normal prison you know he'll be killed by one of the other inmates, probably raped as well. I have no problem with either of these.

Well then you are supporting rape and killing.....if you are supporting it, then how can you condem the person who has been doing it..for the past, however long..?

I'm supporting it being done to someone who deserves it, as punishment for similar acts, I'm not supporting it done to an innocent person.

Rape and Killing are horrible things but when someone with the reputation of Saddam gets it........well.. maybe....no.....I dunno.
