I cringe every time I watch Stir of Echoes and that scene comes up where the girl is being attacked and her finger presses down so hard on the floor her fingernail pops off. I gag every time i see it.

😘 reason i keep my nails nice and short ...

Also, I finally watched "Happiness", after the numerous recommendations by my fellow KMC'ers. It really is a funny and equally disturbing flick. I thought that the scene when Dr. Maplewood confesses to his son, Billy, about his pedophelia was kinda disturbing.

Yes! That scene is amazing. It's the most uncomfortable I've ever felt during a scene in a movie. It's disturbing but also very heartbreaking.

I enjoyed the movie so much I bought the DVD. The end scene when little Billy finally, uh, "becomes a man" and the dog laps up had me rolling!

Yeah, Solondz is a great director, you should check out some of his other movies.

Welcome to the Dollhouse, Storytelling, and Palindromes are all awesome, though Happiness is still my personal favorite.

The Rape scene in The Accused

The end of Taxi Driver always makes me feel shaky, no matter how many times I see it. It's the part after the violence that's the really disturbing part for me, although the depiction of extreme pain and desperate fury by the actor whose fingers Travis blows off, just horrible. I feel like I'm watching an animal in it's death throes.

to desensodised to feel disturbance, meh.
oww hang onwolf creek, just plain gud.

kevin getting eaten by a wolf in Sin City
the guy who gets stabbed in saving private ryan
se7en... the fat dude.
the end of most of most m. night shyamalan movies
the documentary hoax m. night pulled off prior to the release of "the village"

How about the end of Blair Witch, when I thought to myself "That's it? That's the end? WTF?" Disturbs me I bothered watching. 😆

just sickening

Used to be watching the montage in "Bamboozled" on that period of television history (sickened to tears)

Now it's watching the 'gun sale' in "Lord of War" (same reaction).

The scene in American History X when he gets the guy's head on the curb, then stamps on it.
It's not so much the scene as me imagining what happened. Freaks me out, even now.

Saw...The idea that this could actually happen disturbs me...

In 21 Grams when Benencio Del Toro cuts his arm with that hot knife and continues to burn the tattoo of the cross with it. Seems like he also pours liquor on the cut. Damn that must have hurt.

"Man Bites Dog"--when he kills the old lady by shouting into her ear loudly enough to give her a heart attack.

And he says 'It's always good to save a bullet whenever u can'
Yea that was a pretty disturbing film.

Maybe not the most disturbing, but Wolf Creek had it's moments, like the head on the stick scene. Shudder. No more Australian road trips for me, at least not for a while.

May - pretty much the whole movie, but definitely the part where they watch the student movie her boyfriend made.

Lust from Seven (Se7en)

...Childs Play 2..The Whole Movie Distrubed me but What really disturbed me is when That worker got his eyes Smashed.EEEEWWWWEEE

The brain-eating scene in Hannibal.

From what I have seen of it so far, most of "A tale of two sisters"...!
(The Korean film, not the U.S film of almost the same name.)
