Have you seen season 3? I'll have to agree with you on that that it started to go downhill, but I enjoyed it. I see Season 3 as hilarious. The best of s3 is the Christian episodes. They were the best to watch and it ran longer(10 episodes), but the ending fight sucked.
And for Soujiro, he's pretty cool. He was annoying at first, but when you learn of his horrible past, you sort of feel sorry for him.

Anyway... I think the guy's name (Kenshin's english dub voice actor) is Richard Cansino-- but in the RK credits, his name is Richard Hayworth. (Also, Saitô's dub is Sparky Thornton-- what's up with these weird and/or cheezy pseudonyms?)
I found it amusing to hear Cansino as Legato Bluesummers in Trigun. ^_^ He's all evil and villianous... He's also the voice of the computer in Kikaider-- he has two lines... and I think he has random little roles in Kikaider and 009, like petty officers and things... you know, people who have about three lines max... his voice is so easy to recognize (and hard to disguise) that he doesn't get many major roles ^_^
Oh... Lex Lang is Sano's dub... but did you know that Lex stands for... *drumroll* Alexis!!! *bursts out laughing* I don't think that was ever supposed to be a male's name...
Almost forgot... *bows to DBZFan's avatar* Aoshi is so cool...
[EDIT] Note: ME GOT THE NEW BOX SET FOR ME BIRTHDAY!!! *hugs mother* Eight discs... the ENTIRE Kyôto Arc... so many episodes... took me three days to watch it all straight through ^.^ it was SOOO worth the $161.34!!!

Parts they took out? *confused* I don't know about that... but as for humor, the 2nd, 4th, and 6th discs in the first box set all have dub outtakes on them... *hilarious* And the entire Kyôto Arc DVDs have outtakes, too. ^o^
Sôjirô's awesome! First, he's faster than Kenshin with his god-like speed (unfortunately for poor Sotchan, he wasn't faster than Kenshin's Amakakeru Ryû no Hirameki. T_T)
I saw a T-shirt somewhere that says "I smile cause you've all finally driven me insane" ...I wanted to buy it so bad... I thought it just kind of screamed Sôjirô... T_T Oh well, I can raid the mall and find it. ^o^
Speaking of Sotchan, I have a little fanart for you... I actually drew this on a biology test-- the teacher handed out these little red corrector pencils... I was bored, and I got a 97% anyway, and I was in the Sotchan mood, so I sketched! And this is the result. \^O^/
^_^ Not particularly... I mean, Sotchan's not my favorite character (he's not even my favorite from RuroKen), but he's still cool...
And as for the picture-- my artwork depends on my mood... one week I'll draw nothing but Aoshi, the next it'll be Kenshin, the next it'll be someone else, and so on and so forth ad infinitum. When I'm in the mood to draw something, I sketch like mad... and then that kick fades, and I draw something else.
Plus biology is boring as hell.
