Kenshin's battousai's side is much cooler, but Kenshin's fun lovin' side is cool.

yeah... that was cool.... and he actually kicks ass when he turns back into batousai and actually uses the sharp edge of his samurai... I JUZ LUV THE GORE!!

anyone who hates rurouni kenshin is seriously messed up. i mean, i love it. it's good and not inappropriate, unlike some things. goodness, rurouni kenshin is a great show that everyone must love, except for certain girls at my school.

Did anyone hate or dislike the last episode? I thought it was alright. I saw it as a relationship episode, which I mean showing that Yahiko loves Tsubame, Kaoru loves Kenshin, and Megumi loves Sano.

I don't know if you mean more on TV or DVD/VHS, but season 3 is planned to air this summer on CN, but all the episodes are out on DVD/VHS already.

Anyway... I noticed a few discrepancies in... I forgot. ^_^ But a few things... like Saitô was the captain of the third squad of the Shinsengumi, not the fourth... the first was Okita, and I think the second was Hijikata... ^_^ Yeah, I can't remember. I used to have a site on my favs list that had all kinds of Shinsengumi info... T_T dunno where it went, though.

Kenshin's name was Shinta before Hiko took him in as his apprentice; but I don't think Shinta had a last name. (Or family name, as the last name goes first in Japanese...) His parents were farmers, and farmers and peasants didn't have family names. So his name was probably just Shinta. ^_^ Kenshin was such a cute little kid....

Yeah, I think that's it. ^_^; It wasn't all that much, but... yeah... anyway, if you need to know anything about the RK 'verse, I suggest Tales from the Meiji Era... they have a timeline thing somewhere, I'm sure... and on top of that, they're a REALLY great fanfic archive! ^_^

I forgot... ^_^ sorry to reply to myself, but I have some fanart for you XP Everyone seems to like Aoshi, so I'll put one here of him... this was supposed to be Aoshi during the bakumatsu, and it looks okay, except that his expression is... stoned? >_~ Oh, well, I liked the brush pen effect. ^_^ (I really hope the attaching file thing works... 🙁)

Hey, not bad, and even though you only get ONE glimpse of him during that time period in episode 33 when Misao is telling Kenshin about him, it's pretty good. He seems a little older than 15, don't you think?

Um... I may just be really out-of-date, but when was Rurouni Kenshin on Adult Swim? It's currently on the Saturday lineup (shit! That means I missed it tonight...), it comes on at 10:00 Central...

Oh, and it's spelled "Battousai." Though I usually combine the vowels with the ô thing, to make it Battôsai... it's pronounced the same way, just spelled differently.
