Favorite LOTR character? and why? [merged]

My favorite character was Legolas, because I thought he was cute... and he was really cool too. Especially in Helms deep when he surfed down the stairs 😮

Frodo has been my favourite book character for twenty years and now he's my favourite movie character along with Sam.

Samwise Gamgee. He is the most prime example of how an ordinary man (or Hobbit in this case) can become the bravest of all people and the biggest hero of all time. Without Sam, Frodo would've never destroyed the Ring and ended the reign of Sauron.

I thought that was how Elves were supposed to look, the long hair would make most guys look girly. Though I agree, its a shame about the fan-girl thing, I guess thats kind of inevitable with a guy like Orli.
