sounds to me like your friend is just a ***** poser. a true goth doesn't happen over night. infact, goths don't just become so from whatever else they were. a goth is who you are. i mean, you can say "i remember when i used to be the bigest ****ing prep ever". and now you are a goth. what you really mean is that you remember when you dressed preppy. i have always been this way. goth or not. i don't care. but i used to dress differently to satisfy my parents. i threw that out the window. i dress how i want to. you friend doesn't know what the **** she is talking about. and just cuase she went and got her lip pierced doesn't prove anything either. it just makes her more of a poser.

Posers come in different forms like Hip hop or Country music or even Metal. Being mean, depress or have bad attitude are things that make a person (no matter what he/she is into) dislike by others.
