Yeah, but maybe once you see the new one in all its glory on the big screen you might like it just about the same.

you can flame me all you want but i love the 89 movie batmobile, its my favourite one ever...

i dont like the new batmobile that much, it looks more like a hummer than everything else.

Huh? a new more efficient one? but they're not,their going backwards.compared to the batmobile in batman 89,this car looks primitive. 😠

If they are going to make a new one make it look a little bit like the old one, but make it to where people will not look at it, and think its stupid.

I'm not what you'd call a batman fan, but Christian Bale is in it...good enough for me, i'm seeing it

Well I guess that makes sense since the film is based on his early years, so the Batmobile probaby wouldn't exactly be perfected yet at that point.

this is batman: year one (hence the name: batman begins), i really hope they show alot of before he became batman, i was always more interested in that than batman himself

I don't like the Batmobile much. I think it lacks style and a sleek design, it looks like someone got a bunch of spare parts and threw it together.

The Batmobile is designed in the film as it would be had Batman been present in real life.It is the advent of Batman's career, he has the entirety of his life to design himself an elegant, car.And he will.

yeah thats how I feel.

I can put up with it if the rest of the movie is awesome and at the end they show a better version, that'd be cool. But if they keep this and then they possibly do a sequel and it resembles the same thing, that'll suck. Overall though, I think if the movie blows, this will be another one of the parts that doesn't help it out at all, but if the movie is awesome as hell, then the Batmobile will be shrouded in enough positive things that I won't care as much.

Just wondering,from your post when you say if the movie blows,this will be another one of the things that ruins it,I kind of get the impression you are like me and were dissapointed with all the batman movies as well? am I correct or am I off here?

I liked the first two, and there were parts of the other two that I liked, such as the plot for Forever (minus the backstory on Wayne's parents, I thought that was kinda pointless when they addressed it in the first one), and I didn't like the casting (minus Uma as Poison Ivy, I thought she was good, and Carrey I thought was--surprisingly--good as The Riddler). But I didn't like the last two that much. I think they could've done it better...oh well.

I'm a fan of the first two movies and overall Batman Forever too, but I didn't like Batman and Robin. What I meant was like, if the movie is awesome, then I won't focus on how I didn't like the batmobile, but if the movie sucks, I'm gonna end up saying "This part sucked, this sucked, I didn't like the ____, damn even the batmobile blew..." Get it?

No idea who that is, my name is Tony, not Calvin. Apparently theres a band or something called "no fate", but mine is in reference to The Terminator, and the line "There is no fate but what we make for ourselves".

Well the Terminator forum is buried away where no one can find it, so since he was clearly a Terminator fan I just thought I would save him the trouble of having to go looking for it after I mentioned it to him. Only a few people post there. It was another forum in this very message board, if I wanted to intentionaly spam I would have posted a link to another site instead.
