yeah i agree. that dont sound too interesting. or piratey. or mysterious. an i think i also heard that at like some orlando bloom website (no i am NOT obsessed with him i dont visit his websites!) and someone said it was crap. i agree. i heard they dont even have a plot. yet. theyre still brainstorming. i am soo confused. no one knows for sure, except the people who r "sworn to secrecy"
carribean_chick, you think you've got it bad? i assume you at least live in america, i live in AUSTRALIA!!! how much does that suck, although australia is a kick-ass country. and witht ehw hole skipping school thing, they provide tutors, like you have to have breaks b/w shooting, and you do the shool work then-at least, thats what they do when there's a few kids(schoolkids)
kat
oh, how i wish to act...
Potc 2 Theories
What do you think will happen in the next movie?
I found this theory on the net and it doesn't sound half bad.......
read below.......
First of all though, the idea that the monkey gives Barbosa a gold coin and he comes back to life is not possible. The first movie made it clear that you must yourself remove the gold to be cursed, otherwise everyone who ever touched the gold would be cursed. I do like the idea of Bootstrap freeing himself from the cannon. With that in mind…
Will finds out through conversation that his father is in deed alive and living in Mexico, Will being the good son that he is sets sail to find his father. About a month later Wills father shows up at Elizabeth’s house explaining who he is and how Will has disappeared. He states that he brought along a friend, enter Jack Sparrow. A quick happy reunion, then the three of them set sail to find Will. Come to find out his disappearance is no coincidence. On his journey from Mexico to Port Royal Wills father over heard two men speaking of an Aztec myth that any sword made from the cursed gold of Cortez in the temple of Tonatiuh will be inhabited by Tonatiuh himself, the Aztec god warrior of the heavens. And how any mortal who wields the sword will himself be immortal. Makes sense therefore to take Will as he has built a reputation of being the finest sword maker in the Caribbean. Jack, Elizabeth and Will’s father decide to go to Isla de Muerta and wait for those who have taken Will to come and claim the gold. Here we find that the chest is already gone. And you could throw in a decaying corps of Barbosa. So now the race is on to find the ship that carries Will and the gold before they reach Mexico. There would also be much story line from Wills point of view as a captive. Obviously in the end all turns out well and the gold is returned to Isla de Muerta, but a single piece of gold is missing and the accusation start to fly, they decide to wait until night when the moon is out to see who has taken the gold. When it is revealed that none of them has taken the gold they head for Port Royal to deposit Will and Elizabeth. On their way the monkey appears and gives the gold piece he took to Wills father who secretly hides it, leaving it wide open for a third movie if Disney so desires.
