every good movie NEEDS a good story line the plot is what makes a movie great and this movie DID not have a good story line

teh story seemed better then most hollywood movies of recent memory.

and the story came down to the rescue of a girl (OBVIOUS) okie it had a cursed treasure and one character which had a bit of dept (bloom's character) but that was it period

thats quite an acievment for a big budget hollywood movie. and besides, most action movies like that can generally get away with having a generic plot, as long as its scenes and action are entertaining.
