How has KMC affected your life?

If you know me, then you know I am always joking around, or starting crazy rumors, or just wasting everyone's time in general, but that's why I'm posting this on General Discussion and not on OTF, for once I am being serious and heartfelt.

I love KMC forums. I think I am more social with new people I meet in person because of meeting so many people here, and I quit smoking cigarettes with the help of forum members here on KMC last August. Also, someone once said that Forum friends are better than real friends. I never really thought much about this, but it is a bit true in a way, you know? Not fully true, just different and unique and for those people who have never met friends on the internet, they don't know what they are missing and if they think that internet friends are lame, let them never join in! I love you guys. 🙂

I mean when i got my Christmas and New Year card through the post this morning and it was from Irene, i was soo extatic! 😄

I'm not the best person at getting to know new people in RL, and to a certain degree I still keep myself fairly distant when online, but I like to think there's people that I've met here who know me well enough to think I'm a decent sort of chap. I know there's quite a few people here who I enjoy seeing online and often look forward to reading their posts.

I think blokes are less likely to bond quickly with people, girls seem so good at that type of thing.
