Well you guys have been very friendly to me too, and I admit that I may have been off to a rough start with the somewhat stirring but civil argument we had over The War On Terror when I forst joined
(I support it you may remember) and while some of you may have different opinions about this, I would like to say thanks for the most CIVIL argument I have ever had in my life. you have taught me to be kinder to people, and that has recently come back tome 10-fold, and I have all of you at KM.com to thank for it. THANK YOU 🙂
You all showed me that there are some people who are STILL about other people, instead of the 'I'm right you're wrong' school of thought. I only wish that some of the past sites I have frequented were that nice and reasonable, instead of automatically reaching for the Insult-O-Meter when it comes to American views on this very hot subject.
When I first joined here, I was in a bad way when I answered the thread about the War here at KM.com because of a previous website where I was picked on incessantly and belittled just because I was American. And then they wondered why I gave it back to them....
thanks for nothing ttlg.com.... anyway, thank you for treating me with kindness and civility thru my initially rough days here. You have taught me to be kinder to people, and I hope I can only get better. Love you all!

KMC has affected my life in the best way possible, I met new ppl and I learned new things here. Life is full of opportunities and full of chances, problem is we ain't always on the right place at the right time. KMC doesn't have that problem due to everything being saved, when I first came here two years ago (after yerss nagged my head of at school) it was still pretty small, but it was already the warming and welcoming community we all come to love. I didn't know too many ppl on here and I was amazed (as I still am from time to time) by the level of detail knowledge some of you posses about a certain subject.
I assume that when I first came here, I was like most noobs, surely being two years younger I wasn't as openminded as I am now, I might even have been damn right arogant. but over time members like BackFire and Ush and many more showed me that it is ok to be wrong and that you should never lose your cool on the boards.
Like in real life, you only remember the intense moments, usualy those are good and bad, tho I don't have bad memories of this place so far. I made a ton of friends here, whom I learned a lot from. out here you almost never feel lonely, and this place can be more rewarding than real life.
most important lesson I learned during my stay here: don't try to be liked, try to be yourself ppl like that. Don't worry about fancing name tags like moderator, administrator or anything like that.... worry about the ppl behind the tags
and last but not least everyone is beautiful in his or her own way
I love this place! I have met both friends and enemies, but I've really gotten to know a lot of people. To all those POTC, Star Wars, and LOTR fans...you all rock. 🤘
Especially all my pirate chicks out there. We rule the Spanish main...the entire ocean...the world!!!

(Okay, maybe I got a little carried away there.)
