^^ perfect question for Ex..she'll talk for hours about that
Quenya for the grammar; agglutinating languages are imo the most efficient ones, and Quenya perfectionated the method, especially for the noun declination; besides, it's the phonetically most melodious and harmonic one I know, with a nearly supernaturally precise and dynamic sounds, and it's probably the best tool for poetic interests; Problem -- too perfect, too noble, too immortal
Adûnaic for the basic concept and its history; there's too little known about it to really use it, but the bits of information are enough to see it's a very independant, unique language, free of constricting ideals, instead filled by the mortal, decadent, proud spirit of the people speaking it, with (imo) very natural grammatical complexes and an interesting word formation system especially when it comes to the use of vowels; the controverse history of the language perfectly portrayed by its structure is another huge plus; Adûnaic's a very personal and internally multifarious, inhomogenous, flawed / flawable creation.
I think I'll choose Adûnaic as it's in various ways a personal favourite of mine; there's so much I relate and connect to it, it's like a friend keeping memories for me, though I never tried to express anything in it

If you could let anyone in Middle-earth use a time machine to travel to any time and place (in M.E.) they want to, who would you choose and why?
