Already watched it (had it imported from the US) and it rocks have yet to watch the extra features disk though.

Man... gotta get that damn movie.. It kicked ass. Although Jason looked stupid in that movie. He looked to skinny and wasnt buffed like in other Jason movies such as Jason X.

Jason looked really tall in freddy vs jason movie ur right he didnt look as big but he sure was taller. But ne way just watched the whole movie and most of the speacil fetures and it kicks ass the alternate ending sucked big time but all the other deleted scense pretty cool and for those who havent gotten it yet or cant buy it yet all i say to u is

the alternate ending was just the gilr lauire having sex with will and will was going really hard and she was like OO WILL STOP IT STOP It and then he grabbed her neck and his hand shotout knives like freddys hand

so, wot happens in the REAL ending?

The real ending:

It's a draw. Both Characters die.............but both are alive at the end. They leave it up to the particular viewer to decide who won (so they wouldn't piss off any Freddy or Jason fanatics).

At the end, Jason comes walking out of Crystal Lake......carrying Freddy's head. The camera zooms in on Freddy's head, Freddy winks at the camera and smiles.

I must say........I take this to mean that Freddy won. The final scene must take place inside of Jason's dream..........because in the real world Freddy wouldn't be able to wink and smile if he was decapitated. My take is this:

Both characters died.............so we're back to where we were at the beginning of the film. Jason comes walking out of the lake..........but it isn't the real world. It is the dream world, because Freddy's decapitated head can still wink and grin. So basically, Freddy is back in Jason's dream just like he was near the beginning of the film when he pretended to be Pamela Voorhies to trick Jason in to going to Elm St. and killing people.

Oh yeah..........

The special features aren't that great. I was expecting a mythology of the series' or something featurette...........like on Jason X, but nope. Nada.

Watch the movie with the commentary. Near the end of the credits Englund starts talking about the rumors about Ash/Bruce Campbell v/s Jason and Freddy and an Elm Street prequel. When Yu says "but would you do it".....Englund replies "the glove still fits"..........
