The Uzumaki were not quite a Konoha clan but they were. The relationship is not quite explained but the village and the clan were so closely tied that the Uzumaki attended to the same ninja academy as the Konoha children.

That's a poor unfortunate mistake by the anime. They (the animation peeps) guessed on her hair color before Kishimoto was able to reveal her character, in color.
The clan survivors scattered, though. One went to Rain, another to grass...
Of course, Kage tend to be from well-established lines in a village, which makes it unlikely for anyone descended from a kage.

On a different note, How are the Kages suppose to beat five clones of Madara all alone. More so if Madara allows them to use Susannoo. And if Tsunade lives after this war, much less this fight, I will be really surprised.
