i might be wrong, but as long as the body doesn't reject the organ, over time your body will replenish the cells that make up the organ completely over several years. kakuzu is a different story biologically but hanzou would fall under that i suppose
this is a moot point as edo tensei doesn't need dna to remake your clothes, weapons, or scrolls w/ intricate seals on them.

Why are you guys acting as if this is actually true? If all of this is true, Kishi has been having chats with Kubo.
I don't actually care either way, but as you saw I only answered with its contradictions because it didn't make much sense anyways.
As a fake spoiler it was pretty lame.
Ok, so the story is: Madara survived Hashirama and gained his power... but was basically stuck as a result. He may have been able to go out a little, but not very much (maybe he creates temporary away packs?), or possibly just used Zetsu. He gave his eyes to Nagato as part of his plan, and rescued Obito. Obito seemed to have started manifesting his slip-away ability on his own.
I miss anything?
Indeed. But handy none the less. Still, I imagine the first time he actually saw Obito was hilarious. I just see Obito falling through the floor and landing in there.
Edit: Man, it would have been hilarious if during the fight between Tobi and Minato, Obito had called him sensei. Would really have thrown Minato off his game.
well, it kept Madara alive long enough to make up a plan with Obito apparently, so the immortality tree thing served its purpose. and yeah, I imagine even Madara would have been surprised to see Obito crash through the ground. still, this chapter did give us an idea of what's to come. and it looks like Obito got the idea for that Tobi mask of his from the thing that Madara used to give him back the pieces of his body.
