So, it was Wooden Shenron who beat Obito's Kyuubi.

I noticed the art has greatly improved in this chapter. Very nice.

Friend tells me Pakura is his favorite kunoichi.

Struggles to remember who Pakura is.

^ her story from the shippuden ep before the one that came out yesterday. she's a famous sand village war heroin basically.

speaking of which: two more of the swordsmen fight kakashi in the episode next week. the one with the sewing needle and the one with the explosive tag sword are the highlight characters. kakashi's rampage gets some light in the anime at least

Chiyo is by far the best thing that came out of the Sand. Nobody can convince me otherwise.

Granted an argument could be made for Temari's legs.

yeah, i don't get it; she was kinda meh, imo.

That Monga guy was impressive tho. That one tech he used with the earth wall and explosive tags was damn cool.

Also, good review Aura. I enjoyed that you highlighted problems but said that you felt Kishi dealt with them well. I'd also not made the connection between Obito's rampage and Naruto's ones. Its awesome that the thing that differentiates them is Naruto having loved ones and friends to pull him back from the brink, which is exactly what he's spent the manga looking for. Kishi gets props for that.
