Not unless said Yamanaka had black hair and wood powers. That's Madara's true weakness.

But in all seriousness, If Obito could be delayed for 2 seconds by Ino then a much more powerful Yamanaka could spell trouble for Madara. Then again Trollkage is the only Kage shown to specialize in Genjutsu.

Genjutsu has the potential to be so broken, yet without magic eyeballs no-one seems to be very good at it. Kinda lame!

Genjutsu works well against single opponents. But it's severely flawed when used against more than one opponent as both the user and the target are unable to move during the illusion.

Hence why Tsukuyomi was so good, because it could manipulate the target's perception of time, dragging out an instant to seventy-two hours. Meaning that no one would have the time to interrupt it.
