Do we know how much stronger Cloak mode is to Sage, physically? If it is stronger and not just faster and more versatile.

If that wasn't the first time she was able to use it, then maybe she didn't want to waste it on anything less than a major battle. Vs an Akatsuki member is big, but she knew worse things were on the horizon.

Fark it though.. Making a 90m tall/70m wide blast from her punch, knocking several 5-10k ton rocks into the air..

Not getting anything exact but its 100% high-end multi city block from that alone, not surprising if it got to Town level.

If she can throw slightly stronger punch than this it will rival the force of Sage-Rasenshuriken.

Some of those rocks are clearly larger than the Rhino.

However, they are not flying hundreds of meters straight up into the air in fractions of a second like the Rhino did:

Guess having no special bloodline is that big a handicap.

A more correct statement would be not being an Uchiha/Jinchuriki/Senju is a big handicap.
