You must have missed the part where he was able to create a Susano'o large enough to cover Naruto's Bijuu Mode without Naruto's chakra amping him.
Or the part where he created an Amaterasu Arrow with enough chakra to match up perfectly with Naruto's Giant Rasenshuriken.
Or the part where his Susano'o's hand stopped Ten Tailed Tobi's chakra construct from getting through and killing Naruto.

I don't think non-Edo Tobi has shown himself better- or heck, equal- to basic Minato.
And Hiruzen still hasn't *done* much! I do want to bump up his healthy version, since he's a Kage he should be at least S, but he's yet to show off his jutsu and it looks like he may never do so.

Didn't he beat both Hashirama and Tobirama at the same time though? I understand that they were not going all out, but still that's a really good feat.
Only with a suicide technique, they weren't going *near* all out, and Orochimaru was kinda playing with him.
Tobirama didn't use any of his space-time jutsu, for example, which is what puts him at S+. Hashirama only used his most minor wood jutsu. Etc..
