Ahh, barbarian does make more sense, yeah. Though she isn't dressed like a barbarian.

Or rather, I could, but if I was going that route then I'd probably have done so back at Juubi. SSSS is the strongest we have *now*, but we used to think the Sage was the absolute pinnacle, didn't we?

Next chapter were gonna find out that neji was kaguyas incarnation and she wants to use the zetsu to bring him back and bestow a new type of byakugan unto him.

As a result neji will be the final villian. Genius vs hardworking ninja. Pre layed out destiny vs forging your own path.

I don't believe the Shinigami is anyone other than the Shinigami, though.

For me, it is more likely that the Shinigami will not be brought back up again the manga.

But Kishimoto loves to **** with me so we'll see.

Or Kaguya is apart of a race of Shinigami. The Uzumaki temple had several shinigami mask, hinting there was more than one of them. Gin and Kin also kind of resembled the Shinigami with their horns and hair style. And those guys were stated to be relatives of the Sage.

Something just occurred to me: Naruto can heal instantly and his chackra makes the White Zetsu grow into trees which are their basis in their makeup, so he has the power to give life to Zetsus AKA the "dead" shinobi turned Zetsu now. He will revert all the people that were Zetsufied back to normal with his chackra and we all saw him make his chackra fit with everyone on an individual level.

But why wouldn't they turn into trees? As far as we can see, he still seems to be full of yang energy.
Or do you mean he'll do it without the Bijuu's chakra?

Define the parameters of this arc because I've seen people split the war into 2-3 arcs lol.

Only 2-3? It switches things up more often than that ^^

The two big ones are the open warfare/division battles (ending when Kabuto is defeated), and the boss battles.

Among the boss battles, you have many phasing. Obito with Biju (and then Obito with Madara), vs Juubi, vs Juubito, vs Juubi Madara, and finally vs Kaguya.

It's one big arc, but it's transitioning through many phases that can't even be called sub arcs really.

Well yes but the divisions are based more on the Big Bad guys. The Shinobi War Arc ends with Kabuto's defeat, the Ten Tails Revival Arc ends with Obito's defeat, and what is called the Infinite Tsukuyomi Arc will probably end in Madara/Kaguya's defeat.

I like this distinction though yeah the war has shifted a lot and because of that I have found the action quite fun. It's best read in increments. Like "oh I want to see the part where Neji dies and Hinata rallies Naruto into action" or "I want to be reminded of how far Team 7 has come so I'll watch them beat up mini-Juubis."

But some of my favorite fights: Hanzo vs Mifune, Zabuza vs Kakashi II, and the Asuma fight. Also liked the Tobi fight when he had his paths and respected the Madara fight even if I have problems with it. The Kabuto fight was garbage.

Since Obito's defeat we haven't gotten that many good fights since Madara kinda bolts at the sign of a real threat and what fights he does have(against Tobirama and Guy) get cut off. However what little we saw of the Guy fight was amazing.

My personal favorite was Juubito vs Naruto, Sasuke, and so on until everyone was involved up until his defeat. It felt slow reading it when the chaps were being released weekly but I read it again from start to finish and found it really fun. But I'm likely biased so whatever~

My bad. Everything from the first confrontation between the Allied Shinobi forces and Akatsuki, to the current situation, is a part of what I was calling 'arc'.

Though yeah, calling this an arc is inaccurate. The 4th Shinobi world war has at least 4 arcs imo.

Also, would you say Obito 'won' the 4th world war since he technically accomplished his goal of resurrecting the Ten Tails?

I liked that fight. Sadly, it was cheapened out by Gai not dying thanks to Naruto and his right hand.

Liked that fight too.

My favourite fight is prolly Naruto, Bee, Gai & Kakashi vs Obito and his Paths.
