Don't feel bad. The plot pretty much jumped the shark around the time Madara betrayed Obito and revealed himself to be the final villain (but not really, zomg!).

Okay, I think I know what Naruto did.

He disguised himself as an object, again, like he did with Sasuke against Zabuza as the large shuriken.

So...he may very well be hiding on her person.

She should notice with her Byakugan, though. Eventually. She just may not know to look. Keep in mind that shinobi techniques were created AFTER she was sealed. Even then, Ninjutsu was created AFTER the Great Sage invented Ninshuu. So both of them should be unfamiliar with what's up.

Also, I think I shall make a prediction. Hagoromo is actually the "big bad" and he foiled his mom's plans to protect from an alien invasion (or something like that). You'll see. 🙂

But Black Zetsu said that Kaguya had absorbed every known ninjutsu in existence, so whatever techs they had would not work. So she must know about ninjutsu.

And nah, big bad is Black Zetsu. He's ordering Kaguya around. The most powerful woman in Naruto verse is a black blob's b****.

~ Kaguya's usage of Shikotsumyaku was uber. So at this point, I think it's safe to say that she should have every Kekkai Genkai that we know of.
