No, a portion or essense of Minato's soul escaped the imprisonment jutsu he invented. He invented it, so it makes perfect sense that he could design it with additional fail safes or exceptions for himself.
Good chapter. I like Minato more than ever. He's cool.
I hope Naruto just about beats Pain and then convinces him to be good. To me, that's a much better way to "win".
I hope Ichigo does the same for Ulq, on a side note.

I liked the new chapter. Makes me like Minato more. Proves Madara is lying once, and for all..but also proves Madara is more powerful than even Minato. But does the last thing he said means if Naruto is forced 8-tails again he won't be coming back?
